Dr N. Salgunan is presently senior consultant, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Apollo Hospital Chennai. He has been actively involved in Thousands of Cardiac Surgical procedures performed over the years. The following are the highlights. Dr N. Salgunan completed his MBBS from JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research) Pondicherry in 1985. He completed M.S in Gen Surgery from Madras Medical College with distinction in 1990. He then went on to complete the M.Ch super specialization course in Cardio Vascular and thoracic Surgery from JIPMER in 1995.
